Here's a little something that I've learned about grief...

One day you'll be dead, gone. Me, you , the person next to you, everyone.

No, I'm not going to tell you that you should be living your life to the fullest, because you should be doing that already.

I really want you to think about that moment when you'll be gone.

Think of who stays: your family, your friends, even people whom you dislike.

Will you want them to be sad, depressed and miserable?

Because of your absence?

Or would you rather them find their happiness, no matter the pain?

Getting a smile across their face every time they think of you.

That's what I remind myself.

When I miss her like oxygen, I just smile.

For her. For her love. My smile got her smile.
